January 1985: Trento immersed in snow

You can immerse yourself in “The snowfall of the century” until Friday: this exhibition can be seen in Trento, Via Cavour 27, Sala della Tromba.

“Yesterday (Sunday, 18th January) - Alessandro Cagol tells us – visitors to the exhibition were more than 700, so we have extended the opening time: from 15 to 18 until Wednesday; Thursday and Friday from 15 to 20.30.”

Eighty pictures, testimony to the extraordinary snowfall in Trento in 1985, arouse the interest of three generations: in just a few hours 144 cm snow transformed the town. These pictures were taken by well-known photographers Faganello, Rossi, Perghem, the Pedrotti brothers, Panato, Zotta, and Roberto Bernardinatti; the latter organized this event in collaboration with Alessandro Cagol, director and owner of Videoframe multimedia, Trento.
