Launch event: FBK is the Italian contact for the World Wide Web Consortium
Launch event of the Italian Office of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), whose management Fondazione Bruno Kessler has taken up as of 2017.

The World Wide Web Consortium (www.w3.org) is an international community in which the Member Organizations, a full-time staff, and users, work alongside to develop Web standards in high impact application fields, such as automotive, security, digital publishing, internet of things and payment.
Under the guidance of the inventor of the Web, Tim Berners-Lee, and CEO Jeffrey Jaffe, the mission of the W3C is to lead the Web to its full potential.
The launch event will take place on Thursday 6 April at the Fondazione Bruno Kessler in Povo (Trento), Via Sommarive 18 (in the Sala “Luigi Stringa”)
The afternoon works will start with a plenary session, followed by face-to-face meetings (to be booked).
