The Viote Alpine Botanical Gardens reawaken

The Giardino Botanico Alpino delle Viote del Monte Bondone | The  Viote Alpine Botanical Gardens, which is a satellite museum of the MUSE Science Museum, will open again on the first weekend of June.

This nature oasis, just a few kilometres from Trento, proposes the "Germogli"  ("Buds") initiative on 3 and 4 June, a two-day event with guided tours, forest baths and yoga sessions in nature.

The Viote Alpine Botanical Gardens, covering 10 hectares at 1,538 m a.s.l., are some of the biggest and oldest in the Alps.

A treasure chest of Alpine biodiversity with rockeries, lakes and peat bogs where visitors can admire over 2,000 species of rare plants from all over the world that have been collected since 1938.
