Year of the Euregio Museums: reduced price ticket in the provincial museums

Reduction of up to 50 per cent on the full entrance fee for visitors presenting the Euregio 2Plus ticket

Reduction of up to 50 per cent on the full entrance fee for visitors who present the Euregio 2Plus Ticket during the entire opening period of the Euregio Museums 2021: this measure was decided today by the Provincial Council on the proposal of Culture Councillor Mirko Bisesti.

This directive is addressed to the museums run by the Province of Trento (Castello del Buonconsiglio, Mart, Muse, Museo degli Usi e Costumi della Gente trentina), to the museums run by the local Department for Cultural Heritage (Spazio archeologico del S.A.S., Museo Retico di Sanzeno, Museo delle palafitte di Fiavé), by the Fondazione Museo Storico del Trentino and by the Fondazione trentina Alcide De Gasperi. All the other civic and private museums of theTrentino museum system are invited to join the initiative.

The purpose of the decision taken today is to set up a homogeneous tariff system with a specific measure that is part of the strategies for developing relations and mutual understanding between the territories of the Euregio Tyrol-South Tyrol-Trentino.

2021 is the year of the Euregio's museums, and despite the critical situation caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, many museums in Trentino, South Tyrol and Tyrol are exhibiting their projects on the theme of "Transport - Transit - Mobility" through exhibitions, short films, open-air installations and a varied programme.
