Begoi sawmill - Rabbi

The Braghje sawmill and the Bègoi sawmill are still brought into use for demonstration purposes by Park employees for cutting timber.

The Stelvio National Park in Val di Rabbi has some important and exemplary restorations. The Braghje sawmill is located on the right bank of the Rabbiés stream in the village of Rabbi Fonti, a short distance from the old spa. At the head of the valley on the edge of flat meadows is the Bègoi sawmill. Both mills are still brought into use for demonstration purposes by Park employees for cutting timber. The planks obtained are used for maintenance work.
