Blue Monday at the Buonconsiglio Castle

On Blue Monday, 20 January, the Castello del Buonconsiglio | Buonconsiglio Castle invites everyone to reflect on the importance of culture and art for the individual and collective well-being.

This day offers a unique opportunity to discover how museum experiences can be tools for resilience and social cohesion.

Special opening from 18.00 to 21.00 and free admission! 

International studies, including a 2019 WHO report, confirm that art has positive effects on mental health and can improve one's quality of life.

In the beautiful Castle Great Hall, the Swing Dance Trento ASD association will enchant the audience with a swing performance full of energy and charm. Their elegant steps and choreography, full of rhythm and gaiety, will transport the audience into a lively and engaging atmosphere.
