By train with Segantini

Following the success of the past editions, TeaTrekking is back again this year: four walks with different destinations, guided by a mountain guide and followed by a theatrical, musical or choreographic performance. The appointments will take place from Sunday 7 May to Sunday 4 June.

The destination of the walk with guide Paola Barducci will be Fort Colle delle Benne. Here, at 17.00, the performance In treno con Segantini will be staged, an ariaTeatro production, directed by Giuseppe Amato with Denis Fontanari.

A wonderful journey between Milan and his home in Switzerland inside the thoughts of Giovanni Segantini: his perception of the world, his ideas on nature, his vision of the symbol as an interpretation of the cosmos.

For once, the famous discretion of the painter from Arco is laid bare, as we sit in an armchair next to him on the train carriage that will take him to his beloved home in Savognino. An (im)possible journey in a magnificent illusion!
