Christmas gardens

Lights, decorated trees and the photo exhibition dedicated to the Nativity will be the stars of this Christmas in the Castle Garden. On Sundays, family are invited to take part in activities to create different Christmas decorations.
Free admission to the garden.
Sunday 4 December: free admission to the Buonconsiglio Castle, Beseno Castle, Thun Castle and Stenico Castle
The arbour leading from Port Aquila to the Magno Palazzo is embellished again this year with a series of photographic tondos dedicated to the Nativity with works from the museum collections.
A set of Christmas trees from the Stelvio National Park is set up in the garden of the Magno Palazzo. It will therefore be a magnificent setting for tourists, as well as Trentino residents, to take a souvenir photo, resting on the outdoor benches, but also taste a traditional local dessert, hot tea or mulled wine served by the museum's Cafeteria.
On Advent Sundays - at 15.00 - the museum dedicates creative workshops for families inspired by traditional art techniques to make Christmas decorations together, with workshops in paper modeling, wood painting and gilding.
From 26 December to 8 January, families can take part in the self-directed actvity "Where is he who was born?" with a kit they will find at the ticket office.
