Christmas notes at the Palazzo Albere

Stella Nova 'n fra la gente

Music

Palazzo delle Albere, the wonderful palace which was ordered to be built by Cristoforo Madruzzo, hosted  banquets and tournaments at the time of the Council of Trento (1545 – 1563) in honour of princes and ambassadors; in the next few days it will host a series of concerts with music of the twelfth, thirteenth and fourteenth centuries from the tradition of the Nativity.

The Ensemble EmbÈ’, specialized in the performance of ancient musical scores, will play perfect reproductions of ancient instruments.
The concerts, with the title Stella Nova ‘n fra la gente, are scheduled on three Fridays: on 23 and 30 December 2016 and 6 January  2017, at 16.00.
On these days visitors will be offered free admission to the concerts and free guided tours of the Palazzo delle Albere.

The guided tours, for which no reservation is required, will take place at 15.00 and at 15.30, for max 25 people per group.
