Dee Dee Bridgewater

Music

If there's one name that needs no introduction, it is certainly that of Dee Dee Bridgewater, one of the best-loved voices of both jazz and pop audiences.

A generous and flexible musician, always ready to get in the game, she has launched a new project in 2021, a band with some of the most interesting talents on the contemporary Italian scene, from Claudio Filippini (piano) to Mirco Rubegni (trumpet), Michele Polga (saxophone), Rosa Brunello (bass) and Evita Polidoro (drums).

An opportunity to rediscover some of her most beautiful songs, but also to experience first-hand her ability to talk with and inspire the new generations.

An original production by Tema Music and Fondazione Musica per Roma for Casa del Jazz.
