The sixteen-year-old Mozart’s “Divertimenti", also intended for informal outdoor performance, and Tchaikovsky, who instead draws the listener into the musical atmospheres of late Romanticism and Russian folklore with very well-known “Serenade”, the “Nocturnes” and the “Andante cantabile” for cello.
