The itinerary will take participants to get to know the figure of the prince-bishop Federico Vanga and the master builder commissioned to rebuild the cathedral of San Vigilio, Adamo d'Arogno.

The tour will wind its way through the rooms of the Tridentine Diocesan Museum, where the works he bought (dating back to the 13th century) will be illustrated. These works, both sacred and profane, are evidence of the great awareness of a strong and cultured prince, and at the same time, of a pious and conscientious bishop.

Afterwards, we will have the opportunity to get to know the figure of Adamo d'Arogno through an analysis of the sculptural works that still adorn our cathedral today. They are attributed to his workshop, a family-run workshop that handed down the work for cathedral of Trento for about a century.
