Secrets of the Cathedral Square - Guided Tour
Are you sure you know the history of Trento's most important square? Do you know the great people who lived there and built the face of the city?
We will accompany you to discover all the secrets of the Cathedral Square (Piazza Duomo) with a guided tour on Saturday 12 October at 14:15.
The tour is part of a series of research tours aimed at investigating the relationship between the Diocesan Museum and the surrounding area.
In particular, the urban fabric and its changes will be investigated on this occasion, having Piazza Duomo as its subject.
The aim is to contextualize the steps that brought the Cathedral Square to its present aspect through the analysis of the individual elements that compose it, from the thirteenth-century cathedral to the frescoed houses, starting from views of Trento preserved in the Museo Diocesano Tridentino.
The guided visit lasts 90 minutes and is included in the museum admission ticket (7€).
