Ticket refund through a one year voucher

The Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers, dated 17 March 2020, has provided for ticket refunds for shows that have been cancelled due to the coronavirus crisis: a one year voucher - for the same amount as the purchase certificate (single tickets or season tickets) - can be requested by 30 days from 17 March. It can be used within one year from the date of issue.
To request your voucher, you need to fill in the form attached, to attach the digital scan of the access title (pdf or jpg), and send it to:
