The cathedral of San Vigilio in Trento
Reflections on a medieval factory with Michele Anderle

For centuries, the Cathedral of San Vigilio has been the centre of Trento's religious and civil history, and at times the scene of events that affected the whole of Europe.
Modified and restored several times, in its current form it is an extremely important monument of 13th century Italy.
Starting with an analysis of the main documents relating to the history of the building, Michele Anderle will illustrate the building's construction history, with particular attention to the transformations of the presbytery area over the centuries.
There will also be in-depth analysis of the architectural aspects and new discoveries that contribute to enriching the charm of this city monument.
