The dinners of the Council of Trento: light experience
Curated by Fiorenzo Varesco of the 'Osteria Storica Morelli', Daniele Tomasi of 'Innesti', Paolo Betti of the 'Maranza Mountain' hut and with the anthropological advice by Marta Villa, University of Trento

The table is laid, the meat is properly roasted, the sideboard has been topped up with all kinds of goodies, and the “scalco” (steward) is checking the final details. Welcome to the dinner of the Council of Trento, a banquet organized by the Museo Diocesano Tridentino, and inspired by the real dinners described by the participants in that historic event.
The event is organised in collaboration with the Historic centre tourist board and consists of a three-course dinner inspired by real mid-sixteenth-century conviviality, served in the setting of Piazza d'Arogno, which can host up to 150 people.
Guests will have the opportunity to visit the Museum, in particular the rooms dedicated to the Council, and for those who wish, the Civic Tower.
€ 120,00 per person; admission to the museum, guided tour in the city, dinner (with wine and drinks) are included.
