The Fondazione Museo storico del Trentino (Trentino history museum foundation), in collaboration with Associazione italiana di storia orale and the Laboratorio di storia orale dell'Università di Padova presents the exhibition curated by Alessandro Cattunar, Andrea Colbacchini, Stefania Ficacci.
A multimedia and interactive exhibition itinerary to discover oral sources as instruments of historiographical research in Italy. The exhibition casts light on one hand on the witnesses, on their stories, their way of narrating, the consequences of minor and major events in their lives and on the lives of their community. On the other hand, it casts light on researchers: from the first “experimenters” of the Fifties and Sixties, up to the time of the recognition of oral history as discipline of historiographical research.
