UTOPIA500. Love is not a utopia
The utopia of love

Philosopher and theologian Vito Mancuso tells us why love is not a utopia. In his book "Io amo - Piccola filosofia dell'amore" ("I love - Small philosophy about love") he has tried to "tell in a few pages what you can't learn in a whole life". What is love? And if we have understood it, how can we live it without anxiety or guilts? How can we recognize the passion of love?
Mancuso questions the precepts of Catholic morality about homosexuality, marriage and contraception, explores the boundless territory of human freedom but above all he claims the existence of the good and the opportunity to pursue it in our life, on the road of love.
Vito Mancuso will be presented and interviewed by Alberto Faustini, director of the newspapers TRENTINO and ALTO ADIGE.
