The Archaeological Park "Archeo Natura" of Fiavé new season

Guided tours and workshops to learn about ancient skills and test your manual dexterity.

After the celebrations for the tenth anniversary of the Pile-Dwelling Museum (Museo delle Palafitte) in Fiavé, Saturday 16 April marks the start of the second opening season of the Archaeological Park "Archeo Natura" (Parco Archeo Natura di Fiavé)

The village between land and water can be visited:

- daily until 25 April from 13.00 to 18.00;

- from 30 April to 19 June on Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays and public holidays from 13.00 to 18.00;

- from 20 June from 10.00 to 18.00 (in August until 19.00).

From 16 April to 19 June, the Archeo Natura Park and the Pile-Dwelling Museum - located in the village of Fiavé -  offer "Spring in a Pile-Dwelling", a series of initiatives for the public of all ages to discover the fascinating world of the pile-dwellings, accompanied by the museum educators of the Provincial Archaeological Heritage Office.

Guided tours, workshops to learn about ancient knowledge and test one's dexterity, engaging egg hunts and find hunts will lead participants into the atmosphere of the Bronze Age pile-dwelling village, that once stood on the shores of the ancient Carera Lake, which is now a peat bog.

Bookings for schools and educational institutions are already sold out, demonstrating the interest of the school world in Fiavé's archaeological site.
