Circen Dolomites Festival “Enrosadira Edition”

After the success of the past editions, in summer 2022 "Circen Dolomites Festival" comes back. For a whole week, and to be more precise from the 29th of July to the 6th of August, Val di Fassa hosts prominent street artists and good international jugglers. Squares, museums, but also high-altitude locations, turn into exceptional stages for astonishing performances, both in ability and creativity.

The festival is organised by Fassa's group of jugglers "Circensema", founded in 2017 in partnership with the local association "Inout", which for some years has been practising the circus art and also training, together with professionals, some teenagers that perform in a few shows throughout the year, juxtaposing juggling and theatre.

 This summer's theme is "Enrosadira", which is the phenomenon of Dolomites summits turning red at dusk and dawn.

Programme Circen Dolomites Festival - "Enrosadira Edition":

• Friday 29th July at 5.00 p.m. - CircEnrosadira. Opening of "Circen Dolomites Festival - Enrosadira Edition" at the Ladin Museum of Fassa. Official presentation of the festival and inauguration of the exhibition "Enrosadira" by the local artist Giuseppe Soraperra;

• Friday 29th July at 6.00 p.m. - CircEnrosadira. Circus show by Pol, Giulio and Amelia "L Ream de Re Laurin" at the Ladin Museum of Fassa.

Following, "apericena" accompanied by the local band Cianton da Marevea;

• Saturday 30th July at 6.00 p.m. - Circo sun Vael. Circus show by Pol, Giulio and Amelia "L Ream de Re Laurin" in the resort of Sella del Ciampaz (by Baita Marino Pederiva and Roda di Vael huts) at 2283 metres of altitude. Reachable on foot from Ciampedie or from Paolina hut. Cancelled in case of bad weather;

• Saturday 30th July at 9.00 p.m. - Circo sun Pianac de Vich. The circus academy "Bolla di Sapone" presents "In punta di piedi", a travelling show in the woods, in the resort of Pianac in Vigo, reachable with a brief and easy walk from the village. Cancelled in case of bad weather.

• Saturday 30th July at 9.00 p.m - Circo a Vich. Circus show on Piaz J.B. Massar in Vigo. In case of bad weather, at the events pavilion;

• Sunday 31st July at 2.00 p.m. - Circo sun Gardecia. Andrea Farnetani presents "Gustavo La Vita", circus show in the , at 1949 m of altitude. Ascent by cable car from Vigo or by chairlift from Pera and then on foot. In case of bad weather, at the events pavilion in Pozza at 5.00 p.m.;

• Sunday 31st July at 9.00 p.m. - Circo a Moena. Patfield & Triguero present "Gibbon", show in Piaz de Ramon in Moena. In case of bad weather, atNavalge Theatre;

• Monday 1st August at 2.00 p.m. - Circo sun Bufaure. Patfield & Triguero present "Gibbon", show at Baita Cuz hut, at 2200 m of altitude.

Reachable with the lifts from Pozza and then on foot. In case of bad weather, at the events pavilion in Pozza at 5.00 p.m.;

• Monday 1st August at 9.00 p.m. - Circo a Soraga. Andrea Farnetani presents "Gustavo La Vita", circus show in Piaza Cioch in Soraga. In case of bad weather, in the multipurpose room of "La Gran Ciasa";

• Tuesday 2nd August at 2.00 p.m. - Circo te Duron. Claudio Mutazzi presents "Street Coffee", circus show at Micheluzzi hut, in Val Duron, at 1860 m of altitude. Reachable on foot or by shuttle bus from Campitello. In case of bad weather, at the events pavilion Ischia in Campitello at 5.00 p.m.;

• Tuesday 2nd August at 9.00 p.m. - Circo a Teater. The company Samovar presents PalaDolomites in Campestrin; "Banda Storta Circus", circus show at the events pavilion

• Wednesday 3rd August at 6.00 a.m. - Crepa l'èlba. The company C+C = Maxigross presents "Concerto al sorgere del Sole" at Baita Pra Martin hut, at 2042 m of altitude. By cable car from Vigo to Ciampedie and then on foot. PanoramaPass not valid. In case of bad weather, the concert will take place the next day;

• Wednesday 3rd August at 2.00 p.m. - Circo sun Ciampedie. The company Teatro Telaio presents "Mic Circ Fratilor", circus show on Ciampedie's plain, at 1998 m of altitude. Reachable by cable car from Vigo or by chairlift from Pera. In case of bad weather, at the events pavilion at Pozza in 5.00 pm

• Wednesday 3rd August at 9.00 p.m. - CircenPoza. Claudio Mutazzi presents "Street Coffee", circus show in Piaza de la Règola (Ciasa de Noscia Jent) in Pozza.  In case of bad weather, at the events pavilion in Pozza;

• Thursday 4th August at 2.00 p.m. - Circo sun Lusia. La Sbrindola! presents "Shock 'em all", circus show at Lusia hut, at 2050 m of altitude.

Reachable on foot from Le Cune (ascent with Ronchi - Valbona - Le Cune gondolas) or from Bellamonte. In case of bad weather, at the events pavilion in Pozza at 5.00 p.m.;

• Thursday 4th August at 9.00 p.m. - Circo a Vich. The company RasOTerrA presents "Happiness", circus show in Piaz J.B. Massar in Vigo. In case of bad weather, at the events pavilion;

• Friday 5th August at 2.00 p.m. - Circo sun Ciampac. The company RasO TerrA presents "Happiness" in Ciampac's basin, at 2152 m of altitude.

Reachable by gondola from Alba di Canazei. In case of bad weather, at the events pavilion Ischia in Campitello at 5.00 p.m.;

• Friday 5th August at 9.00 p.m. - Circo a Cianacei. La Sbrindola! presents "Shock 'em all", circus show in Piaz G. Marconi in Canazei. In case of bad weather, at Marmolada Movie Theatre;

• Saturday 6th August at 11.00 a.m. - Endesfides olimpiches ta mont - Olimpiadi della giocoleria. Circus challenges in Val San Nicolò, within the scope of Festa ta Mont. In case of bad weather, the event will be postponed to the following day. Reachable from Pozza by shuttle bus and then on foot;

• Saturday 6th August at 2.00 p.m. - Circo a la Festa ta Mont. Circensema and Michela Marangoni present "Sogno d'una notte di mezza estate", closing show of the festival in Val San Nicolò, within the scope of Festa ta Mont. In case of bad weather, the show will be postponed to the following day. Reachable from Pozza by shuttle bus and then on foot.
