The castle of wonders 2024

This is the tenth year for Il castello delle meraviglie | The castle of wonders 2024, the music and theatre festival held on the Lizza lawn at Arco Castle, a spectacular belvedere above Lake Garda and the Sarca Valley, a stage of rare beauty.

Eight shows, that are as always very varied to please the whole audience.

The festival starts on Monday 8 July with a top star like Edoardo Bennato and the third stage of his 'Rock Summer Tour' (already sold out) and ends on 7 September with a concert by Bandabardò with Stefano 'Cisco' Bellotti.
In between, there will be the piano-accordion duo Danilo Rea-Luciano Biondini with "Cosa sono le nuvole" (Thursday 18 July), a concert that reinterprets the poets of the Italian songs in a combination of poetry and emotion; Oblivion, halfway between a concert and a chat with "Collection" (Thursday 25 July), a triumph of parody for five voices and a guitar; Teatro Blu and Kataklò in an extraordinary show dedicated to the centenary of Fellini's birth, mixing theatre and circus arts (Thursday 1 August); the great Indian percussionist, drummer and singer Trilok Gurtu with the Arkè String Quartet in one of the most eagerly awaited stages of the Garda Jazz Festival (Thursday 8 August);  an unprecedented 'Dawn at the castle', which this year is a candlelight piano concert by the young and already highly-rated Davide Scarabattolo, with a picnic by chef Antonella Iannone of Passione Cucina (at 5 a.m. on 15 August); and the Haydn orchestra led by Moaestro Riccardo Bisatti, soloist at the piano the young St. Petersburg talent Arsenii Moon, in a concert featuring Beethoven's Piano Concerto No. 1, Op. 15 and Mendelssohn's Symphony No. 4, Op. 97 'Italiana' (Thursday 22 August).
