Bruno Detassis, una vita libera in montagna (Bruno Detassis, a life of freedom in the mountains)

The exhibition presents Bruno Detassis (Trento 1910-Madonna di Campiglio 2008), one of the most well-known and charismatic figures in Italian mountaineering, illustrating both the man and his main sporting feats. Forty photographs of Detassis and the mountains climbed by him, taken by Adriano Dalpez, are presented at the exhibition. A series of informative panels recount and explore the long life of the climber from Trentino. The exhibition also contains many objects belonging to him and a video shown in the Alpine Space of Casa-SAT.
