Palazzo Trentini
Il Palazzo, una delle più suggestive residenze rinascimentali trentine, è affacciato su quella che un tempo veniva chiamata Contrada Larga, la via principale che conduce alla splendida Piazza Duomo.
II palazzo sorse poco prima del 1740 per iniziativa della nobile famiglia Trentini, nel sito già occupato da alcune case di impianto gotico che si estendevano tra l'antica Via Lunga ed il corso dell'Adige. La facciata, sviluppata in altezza e caratterizzata da un sobrio balconcino, è tra le più eleganti del Settecento trentino. Alla decorazione delle sale interne, eseguita tra il 1750 e il 1765, lavorarono i pittori veronese Giorgio Anselmi e Orlando Fattori, il bolzanino Carl Henrici e il milanese Pietro Antonio Bianchi. Notevoli anche gli esuberanti stucchi bianchi e oro e le stufe di maiolica di forme rococò.

The indicated parking space is in via Manci. The building’s atrium is paved with cobbles and stone. The lift (buttons with raised tactile lettering and symbols) gives access to the upper floors. The access to the exhibition halls on the ground floor and in the basement is via some steps positioned on different levels (4-6-2) and a flight of stairs. When requested, it is possible to reach one exhibition hall from the private alley at the back of the palace (door width: 94 cm): inside, there are standard toilets (door width: 70 cm ; room sizes: 99x167 cm). The wheelchair accessible toilets indicated above are located on the 4th floor and fitted with grab bars installed on both sides of the wc.
