FAI Autumn days 2020
Pergine Valsugana - Paths of history and memory: guided tours and trekking, Rovereto and Vallagarina, Campitello di Fassa
The FAI Autumn days this year are dedicated to Giulia Maria Crespi, who died last July: a thousand openings - with open donation - in 400 cities throughout Italy, organised for the first time over two weekends: on Saturday 17 and Sunday 18, Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 October.
The FAI Youth Groups have a leading role this year: not only promoters, they are ideal heirs and witnesses to the values that have guided the Founder and Honorary President of FAI throughout her life: inexhaustible curiosity, desire to change the world and tireless work for a better future for all.
Inspired by Giulia Maria Crespi, the FAI Youth Groups - with the collaboration of the Delegations and other groups of volunteers of the Foundation - will take action to "sow" knowledge and awareness of the heritage of Italian history, art and nature and will accompany the public, in full compliance with health safety rules, to discover places that are normally inaccessible, little known or little appreciated in all the Italian Regions.

CASTELLO DI AVIO
Each visit itinerary is autonomous and the duration of the visit, for each of these venues, is about one hour.
Due to organisational reasons related to the Covid-19 emergency, and therefore to avoid crowding, all visits should be BOOKED at the FAI website www.giornatefai.it : search the opening times in Trentino and register online.
A small contribution to the Foundation and its projects is required at the time of booking.
Once you have booked your visit, just turn up at the chosen time at the FAI BANKS of our volunteers:
• on 17 and 18 October, in front of the “Marie Curie” School in via Tomaso Maier (near the small church of Santa Elisabetta);
• on 24 and 25 October, in the pedestrian area in front of Palazzo Montèl in via Fabio Filzi 2.
You do not need to bring your FAI card or the receipt of your contribution, but you will always need your face covering.
At the FAI Banks you can, of course, register with FAI or renew expired registrations.
In case of bad weather the hikes can be cancelled. The FAI declines any responsibility for damage or accidents to
people or things that may occur during the excursion.
